Our long term former staff who have now been serving in Taiwan for many years passed through our center to assist with worship, teaching, and fellowship. Arc and his wife, Linda are considered volunteer staff “sent out” from our Center.
Perhaps, every four weeks we have a Wednesday Night, FUN NIGHT. Relays, competition, games, scoring, snacks and lots of noise! It’s a great “change” from the normal classroom and work duties, assignments atmosphere. This was our FUN NIGHT last September 11th at the Center.
Every Discipleship Training School has 12 weeks of Lecture Phase with the theme of KNOWING GOD. It is followed by 12 weeks of traveling evangelistic outreach for a total of 24 weeks of training. During the course of an average Discipleship Training School, here at the Antipolo Training Center, FRIDAY AFTERNOONS are typically set aside for some type of evangelism somewhere near the Center. On SATURDAYS, the students are also mobilized in shifts to assist in serving the YOUTH MINISTRY from 2:00pm until 4.
After nearly 12 weeks, the WORD by HEART will be preparing for their Graduation on September 17th. The students memorized in paraphrased form over 50 parables from the BOOK OF LUKE.
The YWAM TOGETHER gathering last September in Manila drew 4,500 YWAMers, and friends of YWAM from over 110 nations. The February 4th Discipleship Training School, led by Beverly Perez, got kicked off. The DTS is 12 weeks of Lecture Phase followed by 12 weeks of Outreach Phase. There are seven (7) students and four (4) staff.
